Comfort access is assumed at fault and causes the High Battery Drain warning. This fault can be detected by a touch of heat/warmth on the door handle near the hinges area.

In this video, By using the torx T25 screw driver to unscrew and remove the door handle that is showing evidence of heated hing. You will see 3 wires, I then cut the middle wire shown in the video. By cutting this wire it prevents power to the handle render the battery drain issue gone. (Not sure what the middle wire does).

You can still lock and unlock the door via your key fob.

Update: after couple of days the door hing is no longer warm/hot and not showing battery drain code anymore!
