Описание: A look at the mandstory kit and what you need to get through kit check if taking part in the 100 mile Arc of Attrition by UTMB. Having taken part last year, I take a look at some of the changes since the event joined the UTMB World Series events and bring in lessons learnt from last year's experience to make sure I have not only the mandatory requirements but kit that will do what I need it to do on the South West Coast Path in January where the weather could throw anything at you.
