In this first episode, we have requested Prof. Chintamani to provide us an answer for the following questions, related to management of axilla in Breast cancer -
1. If on Sentinel lymph node biopsy, 1-2 lymph nodes are positive, can axillary lymph node dissection be spared in those patients?
2. Inference of Z-11 trial
3. How much of axillary lymph node dissection is optimum in breast cancer
4. Can radiotherapy replace axillary dissection?
