Better Than the UPS from Surplus Strength

Описание: Ok so the UPS is a decent cross member mounted upper pulley solution but there are a few things that I don’t like about it and I took it upon myself to fix them in my upper pulley System!
#1 the cable should go through the system (I don’t want to see any loose cables sitting on top of my rack. If I wanted that I would just hang some rollers and cable from my cross member)

#2 It should mount on either the top or underneath side of the cross member (a better solution for everyone’s different rack configurations)

#3 It should take up as little of a footprint as possible while still providing the durability of a premium product
