This was my second visit to the location, but the location itself has seen better days. Most of the floors have been emptied. All most of the objects have been pushed aside to one side of the long corridors downstairs was a very interesting find as someone was living in the kitchen section, eating and drinking, and they were also looking after a underground cannabis factory, but when I went into the underground basement, I noticed that quite a lot of the weed pots have been emptied and the electricity has been cut by the looks of it. It was emptied out by the police rad


History

Queensbury House was constructed on the site of number 1, Havelock Road (the Railway Hotel) during the mid 1960s. The prominent eight-storey building with a sub-basement on Priory Street has had a number of uses other than simply offices since its construction including residential usage, the most recent being a proposed conversion into a hotel with over 100 rooms in 2020[1], however the building proved to be structurally unstable, with the brick cladding falling - this leading to the building being slated for demolition in 2022.
On the 5th of April around 3:30. I thought I would go back and go inside to take a few more photos but when I got to the location I noticed that there was a couple of police officers going inside the building and then security turned up we’re going to secure the way in and put metal sheets up so now the location is undoable to explore. And also the police have no idea that there was a underground weed factory until someone told them while they’re outside of the location and one of the police officers went inside and had a look into shocked what they found ans discovered and didnt know there was a underground weed farm in there an removeo the stuff and and thou out the later months they remove the rubbish from the hole building and now security now look arfter the building now and the local council has been given permission to refurbish the building now in to flats
