1. Make yourself available - This means answering phone calls, emails, texts, especially if they are from your realtor!

2. Avoid making offers that are too low - The increased competition to buy your next home means that multiple offers might be on the table for your dream home. As a result, if you make an offer that’s too low, your offer might not be considered at all.

3. Consider multiple neighborhoods - You might find that there is less competition in these up-and-coming areas, which might mean you have a little extra time to make the offer to purchase.
