In this video, I show how you can fix your fineliners that arrive dried out. This will not work with fineliners that you have used all the color up and, therefore, are now dry. This is only for those fineliners that arrive from the seller dried out so you know there is ink left in the pen, it's just not coming out. NOTE: DO THIS PROCEDURE AT YOUR OWN RISK - I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED NIBS!
