Kapalbhati is a simple yet powerful breathing technique that can be done anywhere anytime including while you're driving albeit done on public transit may raise eyebrows.😳
Classically, this is done sitting cross legged on a firm cushion. However, no matter how you are seated, keeping your spine long, with attention to it's natural curves and positioning your knees no higher than your hips is most important for achieving a comfortable seated position.
The technique consists of a forceful exhalation with a passive inhalation all through the nose. You can do this at any speed. I do 100 at a time (takes me a minute) but start with 20, then 40 and 60. You will get the hang of this quickly.
