No-Flour Chocolate Cookies
12 pieces
Unsweetened cocoa powder 35g
Icing Sugar 130-150g
Salt 1/2 tsp (2g)
Corn starch 1 tsp
Egg whites 2
Vanilla paste 1/2 tsp (or 1 tsp of vanilla extract)
Chocolate chips (semi-dark) 80g
Chopped nuts 150g
Please prepare ✔️
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Chop nuts.
1. Put all the ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts to a clean bowl and mix.
2. Add in chocolate chips and chopped nuts and mix with a spatula.
3. Place the dough on the baking sheet 1 Tbsp of each piece.
4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
5. Allow it cool completely in the baking tray.
