Death By Audio Apocalypse

Описание: This is kind of a distortion/fuzz multi-fx pedal with 5 different sound options. To my ears, 4 of the 5 sounds are more in the harsh distortion category than the fuzz realm. There are also huge differences in volume, which could be annoying in a live situation. I like two of the five sound options, so i can't justify keeping this expensive pedal.

Rotary Selector options (left to right):

Twin-T Scoop: ...sounds like a Big Muff on steroids.

War Fuzz: More harsh distortion than fuzz. One of the loudest options – dynamic and reactive to some extent. Has this weird separated distortion in the upper and lower registers going on, especially at lower volumes.

Dual J-FET: Darker, rounder and quieter than the War Fuzz option, but also much less dynamic. Could be cool for overdubs.

Octave Rect: My favourite option. Sounds like a Superfuzz, just in a very expensive box. Huge drop in volume.

Gain X1000: Distortion-Overload. Sound drops out now and then, weird artifacts pop up too. No dynamics. I giggled the first time i played it, then i lost interest. Yeah.
