Running Ice Eater to Keep Small Pothole from Freezing (BONUS GREENHEAD BAND!)

Описание: With another trip hunting with The Other Guys Outfitters in the books, it’s safe to say things went well. With temperatures plummeting near zero overnight, only the wind kept this pothole thawed long enough for us to open up a small hole with an ice eater. Even then, our decoys were slowly freezing up, and by the end of the hunt the ice was nearly thick enough to walk on! Luckily, not all of the birds in the area left last night, and the ones that returned couldn’t have done it more perfectly. The F1 Mallards and Canadas did their job as nearly every shot was inside of 20 yards, and birds hovered right over the hole like we’d hoped they would. The cherry on top was a 4 year old banded mallard drake!
