Goals Setting Part 1/2: Goodbye 2020, live SMART in 2021

Описание: We finally said goodbye to 2020, a year full of emotions. I won't be sharing all my hardship right now, hence my recap ends in March, right before NYC went into a lockdown. Instead, I'm sharing my 2020 highlights because I believe that as long as we stay positive, there is going to be light at the end of all this darkness. It will be a journey before we get better and recover from 2020...but know that we are in this together. #StayStrong #GoalSetting
As we recover and work on ourself, I'm sharing some tips and resource that has really helped me to stay focus and achieve my goals for the past 5 years. I have used the SMART goal method and combined it with WHY and HOW. I find that it's the most effective way to stick to and achieve goals. Stay tuned for part 2 of my Goal Setting video and I will share with you a free template that I have created to apply this technique.
