Today’s Winter Vlog was just a normal day of picking up the house, laundry and cooking . We went grocery shopping and we are stocked for at least 2 weeks😋 my chicken & rice recipe is 👇🏻

4 chicken thighs, I used bone in, but you can use what your family prefers. I add 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water, ( sometimes I add a bit of milk in place of water) 1 can of cream of chicken soup. I season to taste, Lipton onion soup mix ( dry kind) pepper, rosemary, thyme , and garlic salt. I add a can of peas when I have them on hand too. Put chicken on top, and I season the chicken lightly with the seasonings. Add pats of butter on top of chicken. Cook on high for about 5 hours give or take. In the oven is uncovered , and bake @ 400° for about 60- 75 min. Enjoy😋
