Making a lightsaber on the Warco Lathe seems like a good first project. So given a lightsaber is mainly cylindrical means the Warco lathe should be perfect.
As this is my first project on the lathe I’ll be learning as I go, learning feeds and speeds the hard way by ruining inserts and correcting poor finishes.
There will be a follow up to this as there is just to much to get done in one video.
