Off La Mirada and Sycamore sits this local owned brewery. Aztec Brewery was founded in the 1920's down in Mexicali during the prohibition era. In 2008 the brand and recipes were brought back to life in Vista; in 2011 Aztec Brewery opened it's doors . Aztec is open 7 days a week with a 3pm opening on weekdays and 1pm on weekends; and the fun lasts until 10pm. You'll find live local bands playing here; and most of the staff at Aztec are avid musicians themselves of all different genres.
