Описание: PAN NATION STEELBAND ON THE DRAG .AVIEW OF THE BASS SECTION " LOW SECTION" at the National Panorama "on the day " rehearsals" on Kensal Road just before going on stage for the National Panorama Competition.at Elsimae Honnimans Park .They were clearly the largest band in the competition with over 120 players . Arranger and Manager Chris Story can been seen here directing and conducting the orchestra recorded live on location ( "In pastel sea blue plastic rain over mac !min:45sec-2min-01sec ") at the single tenor section second row and Captain Ziggy Grier can be seen one the first or nearest six bass

All of the arrangers of the top three positions in this years Panorama appear to be music degree graduates .from institutionsi.e / University of the West Indies St Augustine Campus Trinidad and Tobago/ Berklee Music College Boston Mass USA and a BEM Batchelor of Music Education from the UK
