Secretary Rubio was once considered a serious public official, but it appears he has given a notoriously unhinged, anti-Muslim bigot Laura Loomer veto power over State Department policy. Mr. Rubio is banning Palestinian children who were injured by American weapons from seeking specialized medical care in America because of the likes of Laura Loomer. This is insanity. It's immoral, it is beyond cruel, and it's the latest piece of evidence that this administration is not pursuing an America-first agenda, they are pursuing an Israel-first agenda.
