LIBERAL HOME BUYER BILL OF RIGHTS | Will it Fix Canadian Real Estate?

Описание: The Liberal Party of Canada recently unveiled their election platform and within their housing strategy they have introduced what they call the home buyer bill of rights. This is intended to project Canadians when they are buying a house in Canada. Much of the new Liberal housing plan is a direct copy from the NDP and Conservative plan to tackle the Canadian housing crisis. In addition to those promises the Liberals have put forward a home buyer bill of rights. This home buyer bill of rights is likely to garner a lot of media attention and something that the Liberals are going to campaign hard on this election. But I think much of what is in the home buyer bill of rights is going to be very difficult for the Liberals to actually impalement and much of it already exists in Canadian real estate.

Would a home buyer bill of rights help buyers, especially younger first-time buyers to buy a house in Canada? Or is this typical election promises that won't be enacted? Either way the NDP, Conservatives and Liberals are now all talking about the Canadian housing market. That is good news for real estate in Canada and those looking to buy a house in Canada.
