Young people are often the main agents of change and progress in society. That is why, usually, society counts on them to make things happen. However, to leverage society’s full potential, all generations should be involved in the change-making process. In this respect, this year’s International Youth Day was marked under the theme “Intergenerational solidarity: creating a world for all ages.” This conveys the concept of unity and integration, enabling all generations to make their voices heard. With this in mind, to celebrate International Youth Day, People in Need—with EU funds—organised activities in the Goris community. These activities were organised within the framework of the “REACT: Relief and Early Recovery for People Affected by Conflict in Armenia” project.
