In this episode, I’m exploring Singapore’s food scene with one of the most creative chefs in the city Bjorn Shen.
After watching him on Netflix shows like Somebody Feed Phil and The Chef Show,

We started at My Cosy Corner, one of Chef Bjorn’s childhood spots hidden inside a small old mall that most people don’t even notice. This place is full of memories and comfort food, and every dish took him back to his early days.

Next, we headed to Adam Food Centre, serving locals since 1971.Here, we visited two legendary stalls:
Adam's Desserts (Since 1974)A famous shaved ice dessert with beans, coconut milk, syrups, and amazing textures pure nostalgia in a bowl.
🍹 Stewart Fruit JuiceRun by a strong woman continuing her late husband’s legacy. Their soursop, mixed fruit, and watermelon juices are refreshing, unique, and full of heart.
Then, we visited Chef Bjorn’s restaurant Artichoke.
Here, we tried some of the most unbelievable dishes:
Harissa pasta with prawns and lime
Crispy nuggets
Signature pizza with creamy sauce and minced meat
Bold Middle Eastern inspired flavors
Honestly, this place alone is a reason to come back to Singapore.
To finish our journey, Chef Bjorn took me to one of his favorite spots for a legendary Singapore dish:
🐟 Muthu's Curry
Fish head curry was created in Singapore by Indian immigrants, and today it’s one of the country’s most iconic dishes. Spicy, rich, and full of history this was the perfect ending.
