The staging clamp releases product at a controlled rate into the vertical stacker, which builds the bundle layer by layer until the correct pack pattern is formed. Once the bundle is ready, the main pusher drives it forward through the film curtain, where film from the upper and lower film feeds forms a sleeve around the product.

The bundle then passes across the seal bar assembly, where the film is simultaneously sealed and cut. A product hold down helps steady the bundle during sealing so it stays in position as it moves onto the tunnel conveyor. From there, the wrapped pack enters the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat shrinks the film tightly around the product group to create a finished bullseye bundle with open ends on the sides. This pusher-style sleeve wrapping process makes the Pharma a strong solution for smaller products that need controlled collation, consistent pack formation and dependable bullseye shrink wrapping.
