Hello friends today i am sharing crispy and soft chorafali and chutney recipe its very delicious you can’t stop to eat yourself again and again so friends here i have made it in a very simple way so try out this both recipe here are all ingredients
chorafali ingredients
1 cup (100 gram) besan fine flour
1/2 cup (50 gram) urad dal fine flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
oil to fry
Chorafali chutney
1/2 cup coriander
1/4 cup mint
1/2 inch ginger
5 green spicy chilly
salt
1/2 lemon juice
2 ice cubes
for besan mixture
2 tbsp besan
1/2 +1/4 cup water
cook on flame and let it cool down amd mix together green chutney and besan mixture
your chutney is ready
