Nathan Schwartz is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and owner of Schwartz Fitness LLC. He’s a former Head Coach for the Dietitian Nutrition Coaching Certification and has spent over 8 years helping more than 300 clients rebuild strength, improve movement, and feel confident in their bodies again. Nathan specializes in pain-free, joint-friendly strength training and practical nutrition strategies that actually fit real life. He currently trains clients in person at Ames Fitness Center in Ames, Iowa, and focuses on helping people feel strong, capable, and healthy without extremes or quick fixes.
