I've been meaning to upload this for a while and for good reason, my god, what a version. While all the 1980 versions could be a contenders for the best version, this is fairly up there with the elites, not only is his tone amazing he also gets multiple C5s at the end (as well as one in the middle "Looooooord You Gotta Help Me") the guitar work here is fantastic with Tim and Richie pulling out all the stops.
It also helps that Mike Millard caught this show in glorious quality. Elton sounds completely focused unlike in 1975 and he isn't grinding his voice unlike in 1986/8.
