I had permission to ride & film this elevator.
This was one of the best elevators I had the chance to ride in Seattle! The Otis black button fixtures are not original. Given that there's an annunciator in the car, this elevator would have either been manually-controlled (Car Switch operation) originally and later modernized to automatic, or it was a "dual operation" elevator with both automatic & attendant modes, with the attendant mode having since been removed. This is this service elevator in the building. The passenger elevators are heavily modded if not 100% completely replaced.
Fixtures: Otis black buttons, original annunciator in car (to my knowledge no longer functional/connected)
