Описание: In today's quick tutorial I show you how to reply to a review on Etsy as well as how to respond to negative review on Etsy. If you sell a lot of products on Etsy, you will have customers posting reviews eventually. Some will be good, some will be bad.

Unfortunately, Etsy does not allow you to remove reviews but they do allow you to reply or respond to reviews that are three stars or less. So if a customer or purchaser leaves you a 1, 2 or 3 star review, you can post a public response so other future potential customers will see your response.

Now bear in mind, once you post the response, you cannot edit it nor delete it. Nor can the original customer that posted the review edit or delete it. So I would advise contacting the customer first to see if they will remove the review first. But if they refuse and you cannot find a resolution with the buyer, post the public response.
