Описание: This is a quick and sweaty abs tabata workout you can do at home or anywhere - no equipment needed!

WORKOUT FORMAT:
• 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest
• 8 exercises
• 3 rounds

EXERCISES:
• Mountain climbers
• Plank jacks
• Sit up punches
• 4-way reaches
• Bicycle kicks
• Single leg raises
• Side knee climbers
• Plank

No equipment needed. A mat is optional for comfort, especially for the floor-based movements.

This workout is ideal if you’re short on time, want to feel your core working quickly, or want to add a focused abs finisher onto another session.

As always, take breaks when you need them and modify where necessary - quality of movement matters more than rushing.
