Описание: In this video, Dr. Kataria demonstrates brain gym laughter exercises, which help to improve communication between the two hemispheres of the brain. They can improve focus and concentration and prevent dementia.
Laughter yoga is a new health craze for health and happiness. It is a form of exercise that combines deep breathing techniques and laughter exercises to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Laughter yoga is based on the scientific studies that the body cannot differentiate between simulated and genuine laughter, so the physiological and psychological benefits are the same. The practice was developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, a physician from India is present in 120 countries, and is scientifically proven.

During a laughter yoga session, participants engage in a series of laughter exercises and deep breathing techniques. This brings more oxygen to the body and brain.
