Mython – Make More Music, Stress Less

Описание: Mython, real name Monty Schütze, is a DJ and producer originally from northern Germany, now living in Berlin. He is known for his dark straight to point style, which favors hypnotic patterns and groovy percussion. He began his musical journey at a young age: he played drums and guitar in several metal bands and then moved on to electronic music, particularly techno.

In 2019, he released his debut EP “Inside Out” on Florian Meindl's renowned Flash Recordings, immediately followed by two more releases on the same label, “Scherbenhaufen” and “Frontline.” In 2020 he founded Out Rage (Oura Records), a label and platform designed to distribute mainly his own music and that of artists in his circle, including his friend Jonas Xenon with whom he now also shares management of the new label Headlight Recordings, on which his latest work “Kairos Ep” was released in April 2025 together with Idu Berg and Isabel Soto.

Over the last few years, his ever-evolving style has gradually shifted towards more minimalistic productions. Today, Mython plays regularly at top Berlin clubs including Tresor, Watergate, Else, Renate, and Ohm, while over the years he has had opportunities to perform in many European countries, China, and the United States. His music is designed for the dance floor: quality, authentic, and uncompromising techno.
