It is a dish mostly prepared in Himachal Pradesh explained in hindi with English subs
The ingredients required are:-
1) 300 gm soaked white chickpeas(safed chana) {soaked for 6-8h}
2) 800 gm curd(yogurt)
3) salt
4) 2tbsp ghee
5) dry coconut(nariyal ki gari)
6) 2 bay leaves(tej patta)
7) Cashew nuts(Kaju)
8) 1 spoon coriander powder
9) 2 spoon cumin seeds(jeera powder)
10) black pepper, cloves,cinnamon
11) 1 spoon red chilly powder
12) 1 spoon turmeric powder
13) raisins
