As a group, the Amish are the OG of sovereign citizens, predating the current movement by several centuries. As a group, they're known for resisting technological advancements, like electicity, showers, and zippers.
So, naturally, these Amish folks hit up ChatGPT and had it write their pleadings, and as is usually the case, ChatGPT was totally down to write a good story. Or, as in this case, a fraud upon the court.
