In this beginner watercolour tutorial we look at the often cryptic rose centre and the outer converluted petals using a very simple "Figure-8" method. You won't believe how easy! No lifting involved either! Sraw and paint a rose, even if you've never done it before!

The Rose Centre: We look at it from a Kindy perspective and change it into a ribbon which is then magically transformed into a rose's centre.
The outer petals are formed simply by using the Figure-8 method. Master this easy method and you'll never need another rose reference to paint from.
