STORYLINE
A top Iraqi scientist is in US custody, according to Washington officials who suspect she has information about banned biological weapons.
US-educated Huda Salih Mahdi Ammash, detained Sunday, is the 19th of the 55 most-wanted Iraqis to be arrested.
00 02 Doctor Huda Ammash is believed to have played a key role in rebuilding Baghdad's biological weapons capability since the first Gulf War in 1991.
00 10 She has advanced degrees from two US universities and trained under Nassir al-Hindawi.
00 17 He's described by UN inspectors as the father of Iraq's biological weapons programme.
00 22 She's also worked closely with Saddam's youngest son, Qusai.
00 27 Two years ago, she became the first and only woman elected to the regional command in the Baath Party.
00 35 She lived in this house in Baghdad and neighbours described her as a pleasant woman who didn't take advantage of her high-ranking position.
00 42 Colleagues at the microbiology department of Baghdad University, where she was the dean, pleaded for her to be treated well.

01 07 Officials have not yet found any weapons of mass destruction - which President George Bush's administration cited as justification for the war in Iraq.
01 16 They've said they need information from Iraqis, such as Dr Ammash, to help find them. 01 22
