It cranks it up to 11 in the gore factor. There are many mechanics from various Contra games that make their return in Iron Metal.

The sprite work is amazing, music is bumping, and gameplay is tight. Tackle eight apocalyptic levels and if need be summon a comrade through local co-op. Three difficulty settings but we all know hard difficulty is the way to go. This demo only has two of the eight levels. I look forward to playing the complete game. Hopefully when it releases later this summer.
