In this video I take a Yamadori, or collected, Thuja occidentalis tree, and I potted it & pruned it to begin its Bonsai journey. This is not a True Cedar but is a type of Cypress, more closely related to Redwoods & Junipers than to True Cedars of Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Cyprus, & the Himalayas.
