While I don't own the rights to Rachel Platten's song, her Fight Song has become my anthem since I was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.
Here I am still fighting in my second round with this illness. This time the cancer has metastasized to the bones, but I am not giving up. As the song says, "I've still got a lot of fight left in me."
I thank my friends for being with me in this fight, and for your love and support.
We did this song for the closing of a three hour zumba party my friends threw for me last week. I felt the love and energy as about 600 people attended the party to help me with my fight. Most had already left when we did the song, but wow. So much love. Thank you!
