Making a cottagcore outfit from scrap fabric | diy puff sleeve top, tiered skirt, & scarf

Описание: This very much ended up looking like a disney princess outfit from before she's a princess... which honestly, I always prefered their "peasant" outfits anyway. For this video I made a shirred puff sleeve top using an eyelet lace fabric, a patchwork tiered maxi skirt with fabric remnants from past projects, and a lil headband hair scarf from a gorgeous scrap I've been carrying around for years just waiting for the courage to cut into. Glad to get these projects out of my brain and into the real world where I can wear them, and glad to use up some scrap fabric I've been toting around for years!
