"When a transformation happens this always means change. Do people and teams love change? No. Most of them are reluctant to change. And so I think the major thing in any transformation is to take the teams with you. Make sure you communicate where you are heading and why, and make sure everybody finds their role and contribution within that transformation. A CEO can't realize any transformation on its own. I'm not a believer in 80-hour weeks because I think you need time to relax, think and reflect, and not just work and be in constant meetings."
