Описание: 0:00 The 14th, and for now, final episode of Matilda & Julia's Greatest Knits.
As Matilda is expecting her first baby this summer, we decided to take an indefinite break from making videos, before the gap between episodes starts to stretch longer and longer.

We're so grateful for your support and encouragement. This started as a pandemic project between friends, and has stretched our skills to new places, introduced us to new crafters around the world and has strengthened our friendship immeasurably. Thank you for being a part of it!

Julia has just released the Sugar Shawl and the Karo Shawl. Both are available on her website juliawilkensdesigns.com
She also adapted the Karo Shawl to make a beautiful baby blanket for Matilda, and is now working on another Hella Sweater in La Bien Amée Confetti yarn.

Matilda has made Elizabeth Zimmerman's February Baby Leggings in Undercover Otter Nevermore and a baby sweater without a pattern that uses Triple Tuck Stitch number 60 from Nancy Marchant's Tuck Stitches. It was knit in Undercover Otter Squirm and Singularity.

Julia would make a Bennachie Vest Pullover by Sylvia Watts Cherry.

Matilda is loving Lunch Lady Magazine www.hellolunchlady.com.au, an Australian magazine about food and family.
Julia has been inspired by visiting museums each weekend with her family and particularly recommends the Depot of the Boijmans Museum.

21:54 Favourite Three: Children's Books
Julia's Favourite three children's books are O, Wat Mooi is Panama by Janosch (sadly the video cut out when she was describing the book 😖), Hup Karel Hup by Babette Cole, and Woeste Willem by Ingrid and Dieter Schubert.

Matilda's favourite books are Beeswax the Bad by Andrew Martyr, Max's Breakfast by Rosemary Wells, and Matilda by Roald Dahl.
