Ingredients 用料:
150g (1 cup) all-purpose flour 普通面粉
20g (1.5tbsp) sugar 糖
25g corn starch 淀粉
A pinch of salt 盐
1 stick (113g) butter 黄油
1-2 tsp water 水
454g jujube paste 枣泥
1 egg yolk 蛋黄
烤箱提前预热 350°F (177°C) 烤20-25分钟
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) bake for 20-25 minutes
