Today we are dissasembling the intake maniold on my 1988 BMW 535is M30 engine. this is considered a major service for this car but was overall pretty straight forward and easy to accomplish with the right tools. this is a good step by step tutorial for anyone at home and will work for any BMW including the e24, e34 or any other bmw with an M30. Although not exact still a good blueprint for E30 varients as well.
Honestly removing it is the easy part, now further dissasembly, restoration and installation is the hard part. feel free to drop comments with questions or concerns, but for the most part this was a flawless service so far.
