Описание: Inquiry has found that the passes issued to individuals who protested from the House gallery during the Assembly session were provided by MLA Vijai Sardesai. The whole incident has been orchestrated by Vijai. He will have to tender an unconditional apology, failing which appropriate action will be initiated. Four visitors involved in the protest have been banned from entering the Assembly premises. The Chief Minister never termed the individuals as “terrorists”.
