Today, I happen to come across another Sega Genesis (or Mega Drive) cartridge containing a version of the original Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis that didn't feature the blue blur himself, but instead containing...well, you'll find out in this video. Here it is running on my Sega Genesis console, as well as playing through it.
