GW2 Tempest WvW Roaming - "Gathering Storm"

How did it happen that tempest is now the best option for staff elementalist roaming? XD

I really wanted to play staff again, and no matter how I tried I just couldn't make it work on weaver. The lack of stability makes it pretty much impossible to play in 1vX situations. And core ele... the burst damage just isn't there.

So that left me with tempest. On paper it looked good; the only problem was that my experience with it was close to zero. But bit by bit things started to work out. The damage is there thanks to air overloads, you got stability(with stunbreak, unlike certain weaver skill...), and boy oh boy the reflects --- all the sudden pewpew rangers were much less of an issue than on other staff builds. Pretty sure this will be my go-to staff roaming build until something drastic happens with other specialisations.
