This video has two parts. The first section is a drawing activity. What we are drawing is a mystery. The clues we will use to solve the mystery are the lines and shapes we draw and how we put them together. This type of drawing is good for developing brains. It creates interest, requires brainstorming and problem solving, and allows the young artist to express their ideas in a safe setting.
The second section is a book that connects to the drawing. Reading to children helps them to become better readers. It is also a wonderful bonding time and creates good memories for the reader and the listener.
