This video is about the daily routine of a Tibetan retired women, Mrs Chungda, who is 65 years old, living 3km west of Potala Palace in Lhasa downtown.
From the early morning meditation to the 3-time koras around the Potala Palace, she spent most of the time praying and chanting.
Follow her steps, you can take a part in the daily kora around the Potala Palace with the locals.
Perhaps it was unlike most imagined lives of normal housewives, who take much time looking after the family members, her life is more restful and enjoyable.
