Callus, a cluster of undifferentiated cells
A great material to start for differentiation into shoot or root but it is known as indirect platelet regeneration that resulted in genetic NOT identical to the parents. It is unfavoured by growers who wanted identical clones but favoured by horticulturists who want variations.
