My thoughts do not mean anything.💝
And just for the sake of this lesson I'll keep the recording for what it is. I got in the flow of playing the mini tongue drum and then I started thinking of how smooth it went. How quick I learned to get the swing of it 🤣😁🙈. Never think that kind of thoughts. Because the next thought was: o that's not a good thought because that always means that it won't last long... and guess what... that's exactly what happened 🙄😂👍🏻. (Real struggle between 2:25-2:55) Powerful mind. Funny stuff. I have to admit that I didn't found it so funny at all, I was too serious about it. Just right now while writing this (right after the recording) I can genuine laugh about it. Without the aggression 🥵🙃🙂. The perfectionist and the "I have to perform" thinking were pushing the love and the fun away. But okay, I can show that and that's how learning works. Just watch all the meaningless thoughts going by and let it be as it is. 👀💭👋🏻🙏
