Usually, we make upma with aval, but this one is steamed dumplings. This is very similar to the arisi pidi kozhukattai. But this can be made just in 20 minutes.

Healthy steamed poha dumplings recipe
Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 20 mins Makes: 14 pidi kozhukattais
Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tbsp thick poha | aval | rice flakes
1 cup water
2 tbsp coconut
2 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tbsp urad dal
½ tbsp chana dal
2 green chili finely chopped
Few curry leaves finely chopped
Few coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt as needed
¼ tsp asafoetida
