Vega's ex.fba/ex.walldive have some really interesting properties. It has a 7 frame startup (in the air) and hits on the 8th frame onwards.
One really interesting thing is, unlike normal walldive where you press a punch button and Vega starts his attack animation right at the position where you press that button... Vega's ex walldive actually increases Vega's descent speed (start up) right to before the opponent then start the active frames.
This makes it really interesting as it makes ex.walldives with opponent at corner really ambigious at that speed.
